Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between 25-45 years of age, irrespective of gender, caste, and religion will be included. 2.Patients who had been pre-diagnosed with cervical Radiculopathy 3.Subjects who are ready to give consent for trial with firm residential address and contact numbers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with similar Musculo-skeletal conditions like cervical Radiculopathy but with other causes of pain and numbness over limb 2. Patients with other systemic disorders e.g. CAD, HTN, HIV, DM, TB, HBsAg reactive etc. or any debilitating conditions. 3. Pregnant women and lactating mother. 4. Patients with Hb below 10gm% and deranged bleeding and clotting time

Change in pain intensity (VAS) and Neck Disability Index (NDI) from baseline to post-intervention in patients with Vishwachi, comparing the efficacy of Siravyadha performed above versus below the elbow joint. The findings may help identify the optimal anatomical site for Siravyadha in the management of Vishwachi.Timepoint: Change in pain intensity (VAS) and functional disability (NDI) from baseline to Day 7, Day 14, and Day 28 following Siravyadha, comparing the efficacy of the procedure performed above versus below the elbow joint in patients with Vishwachi.
