Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years of either sex American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I and II Patient undergoing elective surgery under General Anaethesia requiring endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipated difficult airway. Seizure disorders Body Mass Index (BMI) more than 30 kg/m2 Allergy to study drug. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary reserve. Patients on antidepressants/antipsychotics/antihypertensive drugs like betablockers and pregnant patients

1. To compare the heart rate changes during laryngoscopy and intubation in both groups. 2. To compare the systolic and diastolic Blood Pressure and Mean Arterial Blood Pressure changes during laryngoscopy and intubation in both groups.Timepoint: before nebulisation, after nebulisation ,during laryngoscopy and intubation and 1,3,5 and 10 minutes after that intubation.	—
