Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Are college going girls female students Are aged 18 to 26 years Have attained menarche started menstruating Have a regular menstrual cycle (e.g., 21 35 days) Experience premenstrual symptoms at least occasionally Are willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have irregular menstrual cycles Are pregnant or lactating Are diagnosed with gynecological disorders eg PCOS endometriosis Are suffering from chronic medical illnesses eg thyroid disorders diabetes Are diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or on long term psychiatric medication Are taking hormonal medications eg oral contraceptive pills Are unwilling to participate or do not give consen
