Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of the age 18 - 40 years. 2. Subjects belonging to both of the genders. 3. Participants having Body Mass Index (BMI) in normal range. 4. Apparently healthy individuals, i.e., no history of serious illness or injury. 5. Willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants addicted to smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption or any drug dependency. 2. Participants having systemic disease affecting growth such as disorders of Vitamin D metabolism, parathyroid, growth and thyroid hormone, renal impairment. 3. Participants suffering from any congenital anomalies. 4. DM, HTN or any other serious metabolic disorder. 5. Participants taking artificial protein supplements or steroids for last 6 months. 6. Recent significant weight change (more than 10 percent of body weight in the past 3 months). 7. History of hospitalisation during last 3 months. 8. Pregnant women or lactating mothers.

Status of Samhanana in different deha prakriti individuals expressed in terms of subjective and objective parameters.Timepoint: Visit 1 (day 0) - Assessment of subject as per inclusion criteria and enrolment in study. Visit 2 (day 1) - Filling of prakriti questionnaire and Allotment of subjects into three groups according to deha prakriti. Visit 3 (day 2) - Evaluation of Samhanana via subjective and objective parameters.
