Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-3, History of cervical myelopathy, Presenting for elective cervical spine surgery with or without fusion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with heart rate or rhythm abnormalities 2.Re-exploration procedures 3.Patients on ventilator support in the preoperative period 4.Patients with bleeding disorder 5.patient in sepsis or recovered from sepsis or poor skin condition or local infection 6.Complete spinal cord injury 7.Pregnant or nursing mothers 8.Liver and renal disorders
