Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.A specific group between the age 18 45 years from both gender. 2.Persons willing for the participation in the study. 3.Individuals following same food timing for at least six months to ensure consistency of dietary habits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.People who have been diagnosed with chronic gastrointestinal disorders, such as liver disease, peptic ulcers, IBD, IBS, or chronic pancreatitis. 2.People who have established metabolic conditions (such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or thyroid dysfunction). 3.Individuals taking chronic drugs that have been shown to impact metabolism or digestion (such as corticosteroids, NSAIDs, and proton pump inhibitors). 4.Patients with hyperlipidemia-related medical conditions, such as atherosclerosis and chronic heart disease. 5.Pregnancy and any Systemic disease 6.Temporarily ruling out any acute illness.
