Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Clinically diagnosed with Acute Bell s palsy (0-3 weeks) 2)Patients willing to participate 3)Patients with Facial MMT Grade WF or NF 4)Patients receiving medical management

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with history of surgical intervention of the ear or facial nerve 2)Any other neurological deficit like attention deficit, cognitive impairments 3)Patients with dental metal implants 4)UMN lesion facial palsy 5)Open wounds or ulcers over the face or neck 6)Recurrent facial paralysis 7)CNS tumors
