Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient having the classical clinical features of khalithya Patients aged between 18 to 40 years Patients who are having female pattern hair loss Ludwig scale up to G2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alopecia totalis Alopecia aerata Tinia capitis Arumshika Patients suffering from systemic diseases like anemia cancer diabetic mellitus rheumatological disorders SLE Hypertension Serology positive patients platelet dysfunction syndrome pregnant women and lactating mother thyroid disorder cardiac complaints Ludwig scale-G3 Local infection at sight of procedure Hb-less than 12g/% platelet count less than 105000/cc
