Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Women aged 21 to 40 years. 2 Women diagnosed with infertility and undergoing treatment who met the diagnostic criteria at Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Ayurveda and Hospital Hassan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Women with severe psychiatric illness or under psychiatric medication. 2 Women with significant hearing problems. 3 Women who are unable to understand or follow spoken instructions.
