Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male or female patients Age more than 60 years Patients classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I III scheduled for elective infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to consent Contraindications for spinal anaesthesia History of hypersensitivity to study drugs Patient on alpha agonist as antihypertensive medication Patient receiving long-term steroid therapy Preexisting neurological or neuromuscular disorders involving lower limbs
