Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cricketers in the age group of 10-19 years. 2. Players who were not engaged in any plyometric training program in the last 3 months. 3. Players free from any upper limb pain, injury, or neurological symptoms in the last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players currently engaged in any other strength training or specialized athletic training programs targeting the upper body. 2. Players unable to commit to the training schedule or at risk due to academic, personal, or other sports commitments. 3. Players with any current musculoskeletal injuries, pain, or medical conditions affecting the upper body.
