Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) As per ICD 10 criteria T74 and checklist 2) Verbal abuse, neglect, financial abuse which has direct cause and effect 3) relationship as maintaining and aggravating factors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients already diagnosed with any psychiatric illnesses 2) Patients coming with history of suicidal attempts in the past. 3) Patients presenting with medical emergency and requiring immediate surgical or medical intervention. 4) Patients whose MSE examination points to a particular psychiatric diagnosis.
