Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged from 40 to 60 years 2. Chronic non-specific neck pain for more than 3 months 3. Pain intensity between 3 and 7 on the NPRS 4. Willingness to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical spine surgery or trauma 2. Neurological disorders affecting motor or sensory function 3. Vestibular or balance disorders 4. Pregnancy
