Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 30 to 60 years having systolic BP140 mm of Hg and diastolic BP 90 mm of Hg Both genders will be included irrespective of socioeconomic status Newly diagnosed and chronic cases of essential hypertension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 30 years or above 60 years Patients with Secondary Hypertension Renal Endocrine Pregnant and Lactating women Patients with Diabetes mellitus Individuals with menopausal syndromes Patients with Congenital heart disease Patients other than essential hypertension Patients not willing to participate in this study
