Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To find a correlation between neck circumference and USG guided anterior neck soft tissue thickness as a predictor of difficult laryngoscopy in patients with BMI /= 25 kg/m 2Timepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To measure anterior soft tissue neck thickness at the level of the hyoid, thyrohyoid membrane & anterior commissure of vocal cord in both neutral & sniffing position. To find correlation between above parameters & difficult intubation.Timepoint: 6months
