Inclusion criteria: Age 18 75 years ASA Grade I III Undergoing emergency surgery for duodenal perforation Provided informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to local anesthetics Chronic opioid use or chronic pain syndromes Intraoperative complications altering surgical plan
