Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Healthy male and female individuals of age 20-35 years 2- Individuals willing to participate in the study and able to provide written consent 3- Individuals not performing any spinal mobility exercises like different yoga postures or asana or strength training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Individuals suffering from any spinal injury or diseases like ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis or cervical spondylitis or lumbar spondylitis or PIVD or Potts spine or kyphosis or scoliosis or osteoporosis or spinal tumour or other spinal disease or congenital anomalies 2-Individuals having history of any spinal surgery 3-Pregnant women 4-Individuals suffering from systemic illnesses like hypertension or diabetes mellitus or obesity 5-less than 20 years of age or more than 35 years of age 6-Subjects not willing to participate in study
