Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years of either gender diagnosed with Nadi Vrana corresponding to pilonidal sinus and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic illnesses, active tuberculosis, malignancy, immunocompromised states, pregnancy or lactation, congenital pilonidal sinus, recurrent pilonidal sinus with previous surgical intervention, or unwilling to give informed consent

Change in wound healing status of Nadi Vrana as assessed by wound healing assessment scale including discharge, tenderness, pain and epithelialization.Timepoint: Baseline 0 day and at the end of the treatment 30th day.—
