Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years of either gender diagnosed with Nadi Vrana corresponding to pilonidal sinus and willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic illnesses, active tuberculosis, malignancy, immunocompromised states, pregnancy or lactation, congenital pilonidal sinus, recurrent pilonidal sinus with previous surgical intervention, or unwilling to give informed consent
