Intervention1: Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy: Radial ESWT applied medially, 3 sessions weekly, 1,000-4,000 shocks/session at 0.04-0.25 mJ/mm EFD. Frequency: 6-10 Hz
pressure: 2-3 bars.
Intervention2: Open Kinetic Chain Exercise: Sessions: 3x/week, 45 min including warm-up/cool-down.
Reps/Sets: 3 sets of 10 reps/exercise

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male and Female Age between 40 to 65 years BMI less than or equal to 29.9kg per meter square Diagnosed with Grade 3 Knee osteoarthritis according to the Kellgren Lawrence Severity Scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of implanted electrical devices Any Neurological disorder Significant cognitive impairment Systemic inflammatory arthritis History of knee arthroplasty History of trauma or surgical arthroscope of either knee within the last 6 months Intra articular knee injections received within last 3 months Participation in any exercise related study within the last 6 months
