Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 70 years undergoing maxillary osteotomy, maxillary cyst, midface trauma repair, zygomatic implants and all maxillary implants. Patient should weigh between 50 to 90 kgs. The surgery can be unilateral or bilateral, belonging to ASA I/II and the patient must be conscious, oriented and able to give consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to local anesthetic, not willing to participate in the study, having infection at the needle puncture site, patient with coagulopathy and with chronic renal disease.
