Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Episodic migraine as per ICHD 3. Frequency 4 to 5 headaches per month. History of one year of migraine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: persons who suffer from other neurological disorders or other medical conditions. Females who are pregnant or lactating. persons onn NSAID or analgesics. Persons under psychiatric treatment. Who had a recent neck or head injury? those who have recent (6 months) exposure to yoga. persons who are exposed to environmental risk factors such as extreme weather conditions, constant exposure to loud noises, exposure to chemicals, etc.
