Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Clinically and or MRI confirmed Grade II ACL injury 2 Symptom duration 3 Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Grade III ACL tears or history of ACL reconstruction. 2 Associated ligament or meniscal tears requiring surgery. 3 Contraindications to PEMF (pacemakers metal implants pregnancy epilepsy malignancy infection at site 4 Recent corticosteroid injection
