Intervention1: kalonji seeds tablets: 500mg kalonji seeds powder tablets are given twice a day after breakfast and dinner for 28 days for the study group. Control Intervention1: Empty capsule: Capsu

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: stage 1 hypertension individuals are involved history of primary hypertension either on or not on regular medication willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cardiovascular events or strategy or hospitalization for angina inside most recent 3 months hypertensive complications like coronary heart disease and stroke ,mental illness pre eclampsia
