Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects between the age 18-30 yrs irrespective of gender and socio-economic status 2 Subjects who are willing to participate in the study 3 Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Vibandha (Primary Constipation) and are able to perform Yogasanas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients are on medications known to causes constipation such as opioid, analgesics anti depressants, and anticonvulsants 2 Known case with a history of abdominal or anorectal surgery in the past 1 year 3 Known case of renal or liver dysfunction or colonic inertia, Known case of structural abnormalities of gastro-intestinal tract 4 Known case of uncontrolled systemic ailments (HIV,diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis) 5 Neurological problems like Parkinson s disease, multiple sclerosis, sacral nerve damage and paraplegia or autonomic neuropathy 6 Pregnant and lactating women
