Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with telogen effluvium, confirmed through clinical history and positive hair pull test. Post-febrile illness (e.g., after dengue, typhoid, covid-19, influenza). postpartum state (within 12 months of delivery). Psychological stress, anemia, scalp infections or fungal diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other forms of alopecia (e.g., alopecia areata, androgenetic alopecia, scarring alopecia). Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with underlying systemic disorders like: autoimmune diseases (e.g., lupus), diabetes mellitus, pcod, thyroid disorder and also patients on chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Patients currently using or having recently used topical steroids, minoxidil, or systemic treatments for hair loss.
