Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having 1st degree and 2nd degree Internal Haemorrhoids will be selected for study. Patient with Hb greater than 9 gm per dl. Patient having classical symptom of Abhyantar arsha will be taken as subject to study. Patient of either sex will be selected for the study. Patient of age group between 20 to 60 years. Patient agreed for treatment with informed consent. Selection of patient will be done irrespective of gender, socio economic class, religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from arsha associated with following disease will be excluded. Hypertension bleeding disorder Hbsag positive, HIV positive Crohns disease ulcerative colitis ca rectum DM patient with metabolic disorder 3 rd degree and 4th degree Internal Haemorrhoids. Patients with Hb under 9 gm percent. Pregnancy. Patients below 20 and above 60 years are excluded. Haemorrhoids with pelvirectal, ischiorectal abscess. Pt. on anti - platelet, warfarin treatment.
