Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I & II patients of either gender. Patients giving valid, informed and written consent. Patients weighing between 50-90 kg posted for laparoscopic abdominal surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having high risk of aspiration (symptomatic gastro-esophageal reflux disease & hiatus hernia). Patients having obstructive sleep apnea. Patients having recent (last 10days) upper respiration tract infection. Patients having previous head & neck surgery or radiotherapy. Patients having restricted mouth opening or anticipated difficult airway. Any facial, laryngeal and pharyngeal anatomy problem
