Inclusion criteria: Patients with Symptoms of Manyastambha like neck pain, stiffness, heaviness, fatigue Participants who are available for followup visits as per study schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical fracture and dislocation of cervical vertebrae Pregnant or lactating women Patient with evidence of malignancy spinal surgical case
