Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 30 years Smart phone useage for less than 1 year Right hand dominant Participants with thumb or wrist pain with a NPRS Score of 3 and above were included. Smart phone addiction scale Screen time greater than 3 hours per day Willingness to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior wrist/hand trauma Pregnant women Surgery, or systemic musculoskeletal disorders. Occupational repetitive strain not related to smartphone use. Neurological or metabolic disorders affecting upper limb function.
