Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgical procedures under general anesthesia for endotracheal intubation with MaCoy Direct Laryngoscope and Tuoren Video largynoscope Age 18 years to 70 years American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) category 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA Limited neck movements MPC grade 3 AND 4 Obese BMI greater than 35 kg/m2 Pregnancy Patients with anticipated difficult airway Patients with interincisor gap less than 3 cm
