Intervention1: Agochari mudra: The participants will be given 7 days of training in Agochari mudra, and theoretical aspects of Agochari mudra will be explained by a qualified yoga & Naturopathy physic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with no history of any previous illness. 2.Student along with their parents or guardian willing consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with a recent history of illness. 2.Individuals with cognitive impairment. 3.Individuals without willing consent or under any medication. 4.Individuals with reftractive error, Injuries and epilepsyor those who had eye operations should not perform Agochari mudra
