Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Circulatory examination (ankle-brachial index) score 0.9 to 1.4. A one-minute heart rate recovery test is normal Y-Balance Composite Score -: less than 85 At risk, potential for improvement. Recreational land-based athletes (e.g., runners, footballers, gymnasts). Recreational water-based athletes (e.g., swimmers, divers, water polo players). At least 1 year of structured sports training. Mild to moderate balance instability or history of balance-related performance issues. No cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological conditions were diagnosed. No active injuries that would impair participation. Provide written informed consent to participate in BFR training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension (high blood pressure) or any cardiac disorders. History of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clotting disorders. Recent Injuries or Surgeries. History of complications related to BFR training, such as severe discomfort or adverse vascular responses. Use of Certain Medications: Anticoagulants or blood-thinning medications. Medications that affect blood circulation. Pregnancy: Female athletes who are pregnant or planning pregnancy.
