Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Age between 18 to 22 years Navicular drop height is less than 10 mm Flexible flat feet Unilaterally or bilaterally Asymptomatic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any lower extremity surgery History of trauma or accidents to the lower extremities Structural flat feet Any lower limb deformity, excluding flexible flat feet
