Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals aged 18 to 40 years 2 Users of AI-driven fitness applications current or past users 3 Willingness to participate in the study 4 Ability to understand and respond to the questionnaire in English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals below 18 years of age 2 Participants with self-reported medical conditions restricting physical activity 3 Incomplete or duplicate questionnaire responses.
