Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient giving consent 2. Patient aged between more than 18 years to less than 65 years of age 3. ASA Grade of patient is 1 or 2 4. Patients having surgery under sub-arachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having femur fracture or hip fracture where hip flexion or knee flexion can t be done 2. Pregnant woman 3. Patients having cardiac conditions where haemodynamic instability is probable like CCF or MI with deranged systolic function 4. Patients having unstable haemodynamic condition 5. BMI more than 35 6. Dwarfism (less than 147 cm height) [11] 7. Any other contraindications to sub-arachnoid block
