Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) IE-IIIE with moderate to severe TBI defined by Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) less than 13 scheduled for decompressive craniectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in the study Patient in pre-existing/baseline shock defined as hypotension (SBP less than 90mm Hg and MAP less than 65 mm Hg) or use of vasopressors before induction. Known severe cardiac dysfunction or arrhythmias Pregnancy Known severe renal and liver dysfunction
