Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of acute urinary retention coming to the EMD of Shalinitai Meghe Hospital, with patients willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstructive Urinary Retention Caused by Malignancy, History of Pelvic or Spinal Surgery, Pregnancy, Severe Comorbidities, Post-Operative Acute Urinary Retention, and Patients Not Willing to Give Consent.

This will enhance the standard urological care in rural areas. The study will identify the most common causes of urinary retention and provide appropriate treatments.Timepoint: This will enhance standard urological care in rural areas by identifying the most common causes of urinary retention and evaluating treatment outcomes at baseline, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks.
