Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient which shows symptoms of Prastari Arma. 2.Patient age group 30 to 60 yrs. 3.Pterygium, both from inner and outer canthus. 4.Pterygium limited to scleral part up to limbus. 5.Patient irrespective of sex, educational status, socio economic status, marital status, caste etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any acute infective occular disease. 2.Recently operated eye. 3.Pterygium encroaching cornea. 4.Patient having major complicated systemic and eye disease.
