Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female of age group 20 to 35 years both married and unmarried with increased inter menstrual period longer than 35 days with reduced menstrual flow less than 2 days and 1 pad a day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women or lactating mothers with age group below 20 years and greater than 35 years with hemoglobin less than 8 gm per dl or women suffering from any pelvic pathology or congenital anomaly
