Inclusion criteria: All patients with culture proven gram negative isolates ,presenting with infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Isolated infections caused by organisms other than gram negative group

1.to identify risk factors associated with gram negative infections in adult ICU patients 2.to determine microbiological spectrum & antibiotic resistance patterns of gram negative organisms 3.To evaluate clinical outcomes (length of ICU stay,duration of mechanical ventilation, need for RRT & mortality ) associated with gram negative infections.Timepoint: 14 months—
