Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: housekeeping staff those reporting tightness, especially in thoracolumbar region participants who have been working as housekeeping staff for at least 6 months chronic pain or discomfort

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurological deficits previous spinal surgery pregnancy or lactation systemic diseases inability to understand or follow instructions
