Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective proctology surgery (haemorrhoidectomy, fistulectomy, fistulotomy, fissurectomy) 2.Post-operative Wound clean/contaminated (class II) 3.Willing and able to provide informed consent 4.Wound area 1cm2- 25cm2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bleeding disorders or ongoing anticoagulant therapy 2. Active systemic infection or septicaemia 3. Pregnant or lactating women 4. Systematic Diseases like DM, HT
