Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemodynamically unstable patients. 2.History of sensitivity to light. 3.Patients with a history of seizure/epilepsy or stroke. 4.Currently pregnant. 5.Smokers. 6.Diabetics. 7.Patients with active suicidal behaviour. 8.Violent behaviour.

Improvement in executive function and depressive symptomsTimepoint: The outcome will be assessed at baseline, at 1 week, at 2 week and at 6 week.

To assess the change in executive function and depressive symptoms after 4 weeks of follow up from last LLLT.Timepoint: 4 weeks of follow up
