Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having complaint of Sanchari vedana. 2.Patient having RA factor postive test. 3.Patient between age group of 18-65 years irrespective of gender occupation will be selected randomly for the study. 4.Patient who gave written consent for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having Amvata upadrava - Hridgrah Murccha Bhram Antrakujan. 2. Disease -Rheumatic fever Rheumatic Heart disease. 3. Known case of heart disease. 4. Patient having history of recent steroid or immunosupressive therapy in last 15days.

1. To study the aetiopathogenesis and clinical features of Amavata in detail. 2. To evaluate the efficiency of Krushnadi churna for 60 days in lakshan of sandhishool sandhistabdhata Sandhishoth in Amavata patients. 3. To evaluate the efficiency of krushnadi churna for 60 days in lakshan of Agnimandya Aruchi Apak in Amvata patients. 4. To assess the changes in RA factor levels after oral administration of Krushnadi churna for 60 days in Amvata patients.Timepoint: 60 days	—
