Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients age range of 20 to 50 years with gingival hyperpigmentation (Dummet s index 2 3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic diseases 2.Smokers 3.Patients consuming alcohol 4.Patients under anti-coagulant therapy 5.Patients who are allergic to ascorbic acid 6.Pregnant and lactating women and 7.Patients who have consumed antibiotics within the last 3 months
