Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged between 18 to 40 years clinically diagnosed with Karshya (BMI less than 18). 2.Gender : All 3.Participants ready to give informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any chronic Systemic and Psychological illness. 2.Sleep Related Disorders. 3.Those who are under long term medication for DM/ HTN 4. Participants who have family history of karshya 5. History of sudden weight loss
