Inclusion criteria: Mother 1 Age 20 to 35 years 2 Lactating mothers of infants aged Day 1 to 6 months 3 Willing for sample and questionnaire participation Infant 1 Age Day 1 to 6 months 2 Term infants 37 to 42 weeks 3 Exclusively or predominantly breastfed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers 1 Chronic systemic diseases HIV TB uncontrolled diabetes renal disease 2 Breast Pathology 3 Medication Affecting lactation 4 Addiction Smoking Tabacco Liqour Infant 1 Preterm postterm 2 NICU stay or birth asphyxia 3 Congenital anomalies Metabolic Disorder 4 Acute or Severe Infection
