Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects between the age of 22 30 years with at least 20 natural teeth Normal and healthy patients with no systemic disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects on antibiotics and antimicrobials any ongoing dental treatment smoking systemic diseases and subjects lacking dexterity who cannot follow brushing techniques.
