Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having classical symptoms of Manyastambha. 2)Gender- Male and Female. 3)Age Group- 19-45 years. 4)Patient irrespective of gender, religion and occupation will be selected. 5)Swedana arha.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Any systemic disease which may cause interference in the treatment. 2)History of trauma or surgery involving the cervical spine. 3)Severe cervical spine pathology such as, Cervical disc prolapse, Cervical vertebrae fracture, cervical spondylitis, Cervical Disc Herniation Cervical Myelopathy. 4)Any other structural deformities of cervical spine(e.g., kyphosis, scoliosis)
