Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Licensed dentists aged 25 60 years, practising clinically for 30 hours per week in private clinics, academic institutions, or Dental Service Organisations, were eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included: (i) current psychiatric illness requiring pharmacotherapy, (ii) participation in ongoing structured stress-management or psychotherapy programmes, (iii) medical contraindications to yoga or relaxation exercises (severe musculoskeletal disorders), (iv) chronic systemic illness influencing stress biomarkers, and (v) pregnancy.
